4 Construction
Process
YOUR VISION BECOMES REALITY
As construction commences, we meet to review how the house will be positioned on the lot and the desired flow of landscaping. Once the structure is in place, we walk the house and discuss electrical placements. We also meet for a pre-closing review to make any modifications. At closing we conduct a thorough walk-thru with you, carefully reviewing each room and noting any issues.
